Congratulations to our #ffg student- Rebecca!

She came in the gym as a curious student 6.5 weeks ago to see if the 6-week challenge would be for her. We worked out her BMI & we all agreed with Rebecca to lose 6% body fat as her goal for the 6weeks challenge. Hahaha she thought we were setting a goal to hard to achieve.
