At Full Force Gym, we encourage newbies to visit and watch our classes. Every single student has to start somewhere and we have classes every night that caters to beginners.

Monday through to Thursday, at 7pm the class is for beginners. We have 2 large rooms, and we split up the beginners and intermediate students.

The classes run for 1 whole hour, so be sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to the class.

— Practice and improve your basic punches, kicks, knees and elbows.

— Learn how to strike faster to improve your agility.

— Practice a variety of combos to sharpen your technique.
